Most privacy controls are already inside the product. This page shows what each one does, what it does not do, and how to reach us when you need something else.

Fastest route

For account deletion, use the control inside the iOS app. For access, correction or a portable copy, send a request from the email attached to your Recallr account.

Controls inside Recallr

Keep the account

Reset Brain

Removes nodes, graph connections, gaps and generated questions. Notes, chats and your profile stay.

Use this when you want Recallr to rebuild its connected memory without losing everything.
Keep the login

Delete All Data

Removes saved product data, including memories, notes, chats and integration records, and resets the profile.

Your authentication account remains so you can start again with the same login.
Permanent

Delete Account

Removes the profile, product records, account media and authentication record.

The app asks you to type DELETE before this irreversible action runs.

You can also delete individual notes, chats and other items from their product surfaces. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete the cloud account.

Access, correction and portability

If the control you need is not available in the product, email us from the address on your Recallr account. Tell us what you want and which account is involved. Do not send a password, authentication token, or a copy of sensitive identity documents unless we ask for a specific verification step.

We may verify that you control the account before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will explain if we cannot fulfill part of a request.

Connected accounts and permissions

    Disconnect inside Recallr

    Open the integrations area and disconnect the provider to stop future Recallr requests through that connection.

    Revoke at the provider

    For an additional stop, remove Recallr or Pipedream from the connected provider's account-security settings.

    Delete saved copies separately

    Disconnecting does not erase files, events, messages or summaries you already chose to save in Recallr.

Recallr Buddy controls

Ambient observation

Keep Observe tabs off when you do not want eligible page snapshots handled locally.

Write to brain

Keep this separate switch off when local ambient items should not be written to your Recallr account.

Browser Control

Enable it only for tasks where you want Recallr to click, type, scroll, press keys or capture the visible tab. Turn it off when finished.

Ambient Delete and Forget controls remove matching local extension records. If a record has already been written to Recallr, delete the remote memory separately. Uninstalling the extension clears its extension storage but does not delete your Recallr account.

Website identifiers and communications

You can clear the Recallr website's first-party identifiers using your browser's site-data controls. Doing so may start a fresh website-assistant conversation and create a new anonymous visitor identifier. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages using the instructions in the message; transactional account and security emails may still be required to operate your account.
