1. Pick one place to save
The biggest reason saved articles disappear is that they're split across bookmarks, read-later apps, screenshots and messages to yourself. Choose one destination and make it the fastest option on every device you use: a share-sheet target on your phone, a one-click save in your browser, and a drop zone on your computer.

2. Save the source, not a screenshot
Screenshots lose the link, the author and the rest of the piece. Save the page itself so you can open the original later and so the full text can be searched. Recallr keeps the original of every save, including posts from X, Instagram, TikTok and Reddit.

3. Add one line of why
Skip folders. Instead, when an article is for something, say so in a few words: "for the onboarding rewrite", "Kyoto, day 2", "send to Sam". Future you will search by purpose far more often than by title.

4. Find it by what it was about
With full-text search and an AI that has read your saves, you can describe the article instead of remembering its name:

5. Reuse it, then let it go
- Pull saved articles into what you're making: a draft, a plan, a reply.
- Once a month, ask what you saved and never opened. Keep what still matters; delete the rest.
- For anything you want to learn, turn it into flash cards or a quiz instead of rereading it.
